Two Songs op. 8

Description: Sleep Now was first performed December 3, 1996 at the New England Conservatory in Boston with Julia Cary, mezzo-soprano and Kazuha Nakahara, piano. It was subsequently performed with Never Give All the Heart on february 18, 1997 with James Hubbard, bass and Kazuha Nakahara, piano. Both songs are arranged for voice and chamber orchestra.
